Petrichor
takes place in a dystopian world where there is no death thanks to the Elixir, and a young, exuberant girl shows a lethargic, rule-abiding man what it means to be alive.
CAL LOWELL
Cal is a rule-abiding and lethargic but dissatisfied man. He works as a mortician, distributing the Elixir that grants eternal life to the people in his community.

When Cal first meets Alice, he is entranced by her bright, piercing eyes, exuding a color he's never seen before.
Cal is middle-aged and average. You could pass him in the street and not remember him.
ALICE PRIOR
Alice is an exuberant young girl with a tendency to instigate.
When she first meets Cal, she sees that he is special and wants to free him from his conventional lifestyle.
Alice has light-colored eyes and bright hair. When she moves, it's almost like she's floating.

Alice grows to trust Cal more than anyone in the world.
Alex Kim
Alex will be playing Cal, the lethargic, boring man whose world changes once he meets the intriguing Alice.
​
Alex is an actor who currently studies at USC's School of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles.
​
Alex's skills include Taekwondo, classical violin, and motorcycling.
​
Alex has performed in two theater performances at USC, "Average Jae" and "The Vending Machine."
Katie Grace Hansen
Katie will be playing Alice, the youthful girl to bring life into Cal's world.
Katie currently works as an entertainer on Disney Cruise Line Shows.
​
Katie has been trained in many varieties of dance, like ballet, pointe and musical theater, as well as voice and acting.
Katie has won awards such as the Shuler Hensley Awards for Leading Actress Honorable Mention & Choreographer Honroable Mention and the Monologue Showcase Award for Excellence in Acting.
Sabrina Robinson
Director/Writer
Sabrina is a sophomore attending Azusa Pacific University, majoring in Cinematic Arts Production & Business Marketing.

Sabrina first came up with the idea for "Petrichor" while listening to "Alice" by Bianca Ryan and seeing a girl in a red coat spinning in the rain.
Sabrina has been making videos for 7 years, and aspires to be a director of feature films in the future.
Nolan Croce
Co-Producer/Cinematographer
Nolan is a sophomore attending Azusa Pacific University, majoring in Cinematic Arts Production and Humanitites. He is also a part of the Honors College.

Nolan is from Salem, New Jersey.
​
Nolan is currently directing a comedic short film of his own, entitled "There's Someone in My Apartment And She Looks Just Like Me."
Madison Webster

Madison is a sophomore attending Azusa Pacific University, majoring in Cinematic Arts Production & minoring in Business.

Madison has a dog named Blaze that is super fluffy and sweet to everyone. She also has two cats.
Madison had been previously interested in photography while in high school and decided to go into movies in college. In CINE 260, her first production class, she discovered her talents as a producer.
Maddy Harlow

Maddy is a sophomore attending Azusa Pacific University, majoring in Art. She has done all the promotional artwork for "Petrichor"

Jordan Nicks

Jordan is a sophomore attending Azusa Pacific University, majoring in Cinematic Arts Production & minoring in Business.
Jordan began his film career at 12 years old in Arvada, Colorado but graduated from high school while living in Dakar Senegal, West Africa.

Jordan is currently working on a comedy series that follows the time he worked with the janitors of his father's building during late hours. The series is entitled Team Boss.
