Comprehensive Strategic Marketing Analysis of Salesforce.com
Salesforce, a cloud-based CRM software, was established in 1999 and continues to be the number one provider of customer relationship management software. With $10.8 billion in annual sales, Salesforce is known for its innovation, philanthropy, and productive work environment. In this report, our team analyzes the strategic positioning of the company and its corresponding industry, and make recommendations for the company to improve their market standing.

MARKET RESEARCH PROJECT
Dinner & Dialogue Conference: Pastors & Graduate Seminary Students Interest
As a team of 5, we surveyed 150 local pastors and graduate seminary students about their interest in and the relevance of an event that featured business professionals presenting information to local theologians about integrating business practices in their church.

DIGITAL MARKETING PLAN
Cinematic Arts Department, Azusa Pacific University
As a team of 3, we developed a 49-page marketing plan that reviews the current marketing situation of the Cinematic Arts department at Azusa Pacific University and suggests marketing strategies and tactics to gain awareness. In addition to the report, a 15-minute presentation was created to present the information to the client.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PLAN
Introducing Wreck-It Ralph 2 to Madrid, Spain
As the leader of a team of 3, we developed a comprehensive international business plan for bringing the film Wreck-It Ralph 2 from the United States to Madrid, Spain. Our report includes an analysis of the viability of Spain as a market, the threats of competitors, and the financial estimations of our plan. Our 30-page report was converted into a 15-minute presentation for the "client."

TRANSMEDIA PROJECT
Adapting "The Mysterious Benedict Society "to Other Forms of Media
As a team of four, we developed a franchise "bible" and corresponding 15-minute presentation of our plan for adapting the popular children's book series, The Mysterious Benedict Society, to different forms of media, from a phone app, to a television show, and even a clothing line.

CORPORATION CASE STUDY
Analysis of the Health and Financial Positioning of AMC Theaters
In a 41-page report, I analyze the financial position of AMC Theaters using a variety of measuring tools, including a SWOT analysis, Porter's 5 Forces, Confrontation Matrix, Positioning Matrix, Internal and External Factor Evaluation Matrices, and more. Throughout the report, I make my recommendations for future company decisions to improve positioning within their industry.
